• Subscription fees are nonrefundable and must be prepaid by credit card,.
• This Subscription Agreement will renew month to month thereafter unless canceled in writing prior to next billing. Cancellation must be received prior to next billing date. No refunds will be issued after billing for cancellations not received prior to billing and in writing.
• Windows and Mac hardware support for New Image Products and Data Migration service available at $150 per Hour 1 Hour Minimum.
• All support requests must be submitted through our online technical support system on our website at https://cindyf75.sg-host.com.
• Multi user/device subscription includes hosting on an Off Site Cloud Server. Daily backups, maintenance and software upgrades are included.
• Concurrent connections are the maximum number of connected devices available at any time.
• Our Service Proposals and agreements use a secure document signing service for electronic signatures. By signing electronically all items are binding to our service and payment conditions.
